What it is
Litigation is expensive because of decisions taken early with incomplete information. The core question, whether the claim is worth pursuing at all, tends to get answered after the first twenty thousand dollars rather than before it.
A litigation lawyer reads the file, assesses the merits on both sides, and gives you a written strategy with costed options: settle, mediate, issue proceedings, or walk away.
The output is a decision document. It tells you what the matter is likely to cost, what it is likely to recover, and which route we would take if it were our money.

Can you take the case on afterwards?
Yes. If you instruct us to run the matter, the 760 dollar review fee is credited against the first invoice.
Do you work on a no-win-no-fee basis?
For some claim types, yes. Your lawyer will tell you at the review stage whether your matter is a realistic candidate and what the funding terms would be.
How much document volume is included?
Up to 200 pages. Larger files are quoted before work begins, and you approve the number before anyone starts reading.
What if there is a deadline coming up?
Tell us on the intake form. Limitation periods and contractual deadlines are checked first, and if one is close we will expedite the review rather than let it run the standard five days.
